Well there's an image I'm going to carry with me for the rest of the day.

At the risk of being burnt along with the other Debbie Downers I also have a fear that GGG is done and this is going to be the fight where Father Time's impact is gong to be publicly and ruthlessly exposed by a man who it's reasonable to conclude is a drug cheat.

Now that may or may not happen and we may get a great fight nonetheless, but I think it may be one more reason why I'm not as excited about this contest as others here.

I would much rather not have another year following the fight to be about shitty scorecards. Saying I care more about a good fight then a fair result would be untrue. Especially after all the mess of the last year, we know the fights gonna be good to great there's no need to worry about that I'm sure you can agree. It's the other part I've already mentioned that's my cause for concern.

In a perfect world there would be an epic fight which would end in the 12th as a GGG punch that is destined to become THE STUFF OF LEGEND, knocks Clenelos head clean off his shoulders and a fountain of PEDS erupts from his neck resulting in the front 30 rows of fight goers ingesting enough raw clen to turn their hair ginger and send their roid raged enhanced bodies amok through Las Vegas boulevard.

No im very much looking forward to it. The beef between them (slight pun) seems to be legit rather than fight hype and i like when there is real dislike between 2 fighters. I really enjoyed the 1st one and if the rematch is even nearly as good im a happy fan. As long as there is no sillyness afterwards like last time when Golovkin got robbed. And yes im not denying it was a close fight but my suspision is those cards were pretty much prefilled.

I don't think it's a beef as such, more that GGG, in common with much of the rest of the world, thinks Canelo to be an awful **** of the first order.

There is a greater chance Golovkin pulls off a Wlad Klitschko like dominance in his later 30’s.

Based on Golovkin's ability or the quality of opposition? I would've thought it harder at that weight to defy time in the way Wlad did?

Golovkins ability, and his superiority over everyone else at middle.

I am not that enthused about paying for it but it is a fight that needs to happen and I will watch it with great interest. I don't want to see a third fight.
