hes usually always private when it comes to his sparring and kicks all the media out of the gym. he also put himself at risk of potentially getting embarrassed and giving Team Cotto some extra footage.

What can I say, Floyd a G. :yep

To my understanding only about 2 -3 small clips of his sparring have ever been leaked his entire career. 1 being against paul spadafora

Wouldnt say shocked, although it was an unexpected gem.

Floyd's the most prepared and hardest working fighter in the game.

I was surprised as well, the 5x5 sparring session was very pleasing to watch.

Your only as good as the work you put in, in your training camp. Floyd works harder in camp than any fighter out there. Not to mention, he was running 6 miles at a 6 minute pace just 3 hours after this.

It was great that he finally did.
I always wondered how his sparrings go.

He did it because he felt the sparring partner could do nothing... so it was a chance for Floyd to look good.
