Yeah right, call out the best guy in the division & then try to fight Maskaev or Rahman :rofl :patsch That'll show 'em.

Oleg was last seen being TKO'd by Peter & Rahman outright QUIT after a couple of Toney's love taps................:yep

Exactly. Can anyone even think of a softer touch in the top 10?

    I am.

IMO David Haye is not interested in being a great heavyweight i'm certain of that. He has said that he wants to retire by 30 and to do that he needs big fights as quickly as possible. The more he can hype up a Wlad contest the more money goes in the retiremnet fund, for both fighters, simple as that. Do you honestly believe he gives a **** about being knocked on his arse if it meant being able to bank several mil?

You've got a bit of a thing for me haven't you? I've not seen you contribute anything remotely constructive to any thread so who's the bigger troll?

Geez Louise....all I read about is 'duck this, duck that, ducking him, ducking her' and when a guy comes along and actually wants to fight the best and has done so...you guys complain.

Icemax may have a point though...it's all about the quick money and not love of the game. Oil well, I can live with that. Poverty sucks.

I'm sick of Haye, yeah. I mean I never was a fan, but he is/was a good cruiserweight and moving up to the weak HW division could stir some dust there.

But then he talks and talks and talks, about cleaning out the division, KOing Klitschko and stuff, just like he was the second coming of Lennox Lewis. I mean Haye has not proven anything at HW yet. Even Evander Holyfield, who BTW was a much better CW than Haye and beat better opposition there, didn't get hyped like that when he started at HW, he just let his deeds speak and fought some good fighters and proved he was worthy of a title-shot.
All in all the hype about Haye is not so bad, Haye promoting himself by thrash-talking is part of the game and makes things interesting. But now he wants to fight a glass-jawed quitter with no heart in Rahman. Says nobody wants a fight with him, well Toney officialy challenged him and he just made no reponse, he's quiet like a mouse. He's ducking Toney right now.
In some ways I understand him, it's not smart fighting a dangerous fighter in Toney as the 1st real bout at HW, it's much smarter to fight Rahman, who he can knock out. But it won't prove much in the end, that won't make him a serious contender for a belt. And why opening your mouth about beating the whole divisions asses and then not backing it up? That's disgraceful.

I still hope he knocks Rahman out in a brutal way tho...
