I think Floyd's getting stopped , Mosley is faster , hits harder and is more rounded than Floyd , i think Mosley will counter everything Floyd throws and when he draws Floyd into a fight he will stop him late on . Im predicting TKO 10 .
Floyd circles away the way Hoya did in 2003 but tries to come every now and then to make Shane step back a lil with sneaky rights and leading left hooks. What I make of it is Floyd realizing he can't fight on even terms at some point and boxing on the back foot all fight long. Shane won against Hoya for having not stepped back once in 2003, so...
Im not sure. Mosley is one of my favorite fighters but the styles match up is terrible for him. However usually the guys that give Mosley fits are teh guys that are much bigger than him. Thats why this fight is hard to predict. I think it's going to come down to Richardsons strategy. If he pressures PBF nonstop like everyone else has he will lose. He has to do what his dad used to say. Power boxing. I know Richardson usually devices great plans for his fighters like Hopkins so im eager to see what he has up his sleeves.

This is the key for me. Nazim Richardson will know exactly how to beat Mayweather and Mosley showed he can follow a solid gameplan. Nazim has stated that Mosley will stop Mayweather. Indeed this could be the case as Mayweather has never faced anyone as good a Mosley. This fight all depends on how Mosley performs. We all know what Mayweather is going to bring to the ring, but if Mosley can follow Nazim's gameplan he will win

The thing you don't mention about Mayweather is that he has a fantastic boxing brain and he will be reading Mosley like a book by the 4th round. Floyds style is all wrong for Shane, now a fight with Pacquiao I would favour Shane in as it would be the sort of stand up contest that he would thrive on, trying to catch a quicker counter puncher is going to cause him nightmares.
For me Shane should be the favorite. I think if uses a stiff jab then hes going to be hard to beat. If they fought pre Nazim Richardson then Mayweather could counter right hands over Shane's flicker jab all night well Nazim cleary made Shane jab jab jab in training for Margarito and if you count the Berto camp this is Nazim and Shane's 3rd time together. Floyd has to step his game up to beat Mosley he hasnt been a combo thrower since probablly the Gatti fight and Mosley aint Gatti. You wont beat Shane Mosley with lead single hooks all night. Shane has struggled with stiff jabs Forrest, Wright, DLH early on and Cotto at times and Mayweather rarely jabs plus he is giving up a height and reach to Shane. Remember Shane isnt smaller or slower then Mayweather and if hes slower its nothing like the advantage that Mayweather had on the likes of Hatton, Baldomir, DLH or Marquez. The last fast fighter Floyd fought was Judah who breaks down mentally and Shane has never been broke guys who get broke dont rematch guys who kicked there ass or make comebacks in a fight with a willbreaker like Miguel Cotto. I cant ****ing wait till May 1st.
Mosley is a counter puncher hes proved that several times. Just because he doesnt do it 99 percent of the time like Floyd doesnt mean he isnt. Shane can fight several styles including a stalker like style which he used effectivly late vs Cotto.
My take on this is that shane comes in straight and wide at times. Shane's whole style is based on this "power boxing" style his dad taught him earlier in his career. It's works against guys he can catch, but with fraud's speed and his superior mobility shane may just come up short. As much as I want shane to end the little pricks career my boxing brain says the spoiled brat wins a shitty fight decision. My boxing brain also tells me that Pac beats floyd if they fought 10 times in 10.
I'm picking Shane. On paper he shouldn't win but I think he really wants this fight and Mayweather doesn't, Shane'll fight more positively like everything in his life depends on it and Mayweather will try to do enough to get by, and lose a decision.
