I think Taylor will do it. Despite what everyone is saying about Pavlik being as focused, I don't buy it. Its a lot of pressure and I smell he will have an off night for one reason or another, and Jermaine will be on, more focused, and more comfortable with his original trainer, which will lead him to a victory.
I honestly believe Manny was hindering his performance and he wasn't comfortable with Manny in the ring and/or training. I think training wise, Manny didn't know Jermain well enough to know how far he could push him to bring out the best conditioned Jermain Taylor. I also do believe the last loss was a wake up call and he realizes Pavlik is no joke so he has to be 3 times as conditioned & ready to be able to deal with physical force.

Kelly have an "off night"? Possible, but I don't think so. He lives to fight.

Jermain more comfortable with his old trainer? Ozel won't be getting hit...Jermain will & it won't mean **** who's in his corner after a few bombs.

Do you honestly believe JT can improve his conditioning by 3 times???

You are right about one thing:

    KELLY IS NO JOKE!:deal

Taylor KO 6, why would it be an upset, i had the fight 5-2 Taylor the first go round, and he was one shot away from closing the show in the 2nd. I think this should be an avatar bet thread.

5-2? Did you at least give Kelly a two point 7th for the 'knockdown'? ;)

I Think Anything Is Possible In This Fight. They Are Pretty Evenly Matched. Although Kelly Has The Mental Advantage.
For Giving Taylor His First Ko Loss. I Think They Both Have To Step Their Game Up. Which Makes This Fight Even More Interesting Then The First Going In.

Okay, i had Taylor take the first two rounds, with a 10-8 for the KD, gave Pavlik the 3rd and 6th, no score for the 7th since the fight was stopped. 5-2.

imo Pavlik is almost sure to win this one if you wanna bet on the upset then take the 4/1 odds on TAylor by UD casue Taylor is not gonna knock out KP

Kelly Pavlik went the distance ( not twelve rounds) just three times in his career - a six round fight in 2002, eight round with Anthony Ivory early 2004 and Ross Thompson in late 2004, he also fought nine rounds with Zuniga in 2005 - whereas Jermain has competed in full twelve round fights with Bernard twice, Ronald Wright, Kassim Ouma and Cory Spinks and had similar levels of activity throughout ( and higher levels of intensity) against Kelly... And Jermain's conditioning and stamina is unproven?

Jermain faded in all those fights. His stamina is proven.... proven to be bad.

Faded against Hopkins but still came back in the last rounds of those fights to win, faded against Wright but still Ronald used is legs and didn't press the action in the last round when he needed to, faded against Ouma and Spinks but one spent all night walking into punches while the other running away from punch exchanges... I don't even know if he faded against Pavlik since he was having good activity levels in the sixth and seventh rounds... Well, he faded after taking right hands but I don't think that proves a lot about his conditioning. Proves that he can't pace himself very well - he actually told that he burned a lot of energy early after the first win against Bernard and that was what Hopkins expected, but he won almost the entire first half of the fight by doing so.
