I think it'll last longer than the Pac vs Hatton fight but beyond the first few rounds who knows how crazy it'll get. But it'll be an amazing week for the boxing world.

This could be a split decision with a rematch. It could be a KO on either side. It could be a unanimous decision or a bloody brawl that gets stopped. This match has more potential than almost any match that can be made. We're lucky it's happening now.

 

Too close to call for me.. I think the fight will be determined based on Cotto's punch resistance to Pac's power.. Pac, while showing excellent speed and ring generalship against Oscar, didn't really show any power to me. Cotto will be a much more game opponent then De La Hoya.. I hope anyway.

I think Pac is going to blow Cotto out. I don't like Cotto's lack of foot movement, nor his methodicaal nature against such a fast, frenzied, unorthodox fighter like Pac. And from I what I've seen of pac training, he may actually be just as strong as Cotto come fight night, while still being much faster. I think Pac wins in 2 rounds, 3 at the most.

 

I will also be very surprised if this fight last the distance.

 

Bold prediction my friend. I think Pac is finally over his head this time. Betting wise, personally, I've lost every time I've bet against both fighters.

 

No, My prediction is a technical boxing match....manny knows not to charge in on the bigger man....and one of cotto's major weaknesses IMO is when he is too aggressive......My pick is Pacquaio close decision based on activity....I wouldnt be suprised if one guy got caught big, thus ending the fight.....but I realy dont see that happening, I think people will be suprised how tactful this fight will be....

 

i keep going back and forth on this fight. But i dreamt Pac KO5 Cotto the other night...no ****.
