Anyone remember Tui Toia? (Extremely violent knockout)

True, it doesn't happen much at the top level.

In my opinion you see a lot of knockouts like this when matchmakers have no morality and just throw in rank amateurs with world class fighters. I remember the weight cutting Peter Quillin nearly killing this over matched guy he was in with a few years ago. Just ridiculous gulfs in ability.
