anyone tuning into the German card?

Heiland coming to the ring now on some soothing Argentinian music. I quite liked it, though it's not really something to come out to when you're about to hit someone repeatedly in the nose. It's more something to put on when you're about to enjoy a good glass of red with friends on a warm summer night.

 

Zbik easily won that first. Heiland giving Zbik plenty of time to think in there, not pressuring him, just occasionally throwing predictable one-two's.

 

2-0 Zbik. Heiland needs to pressure Zbik, but that just doesn't seem to be his game.

 

3-0. Zbik landed a couple of heavy looking shots on Heiland's head. I wouldn't be too surprised if he stopped the Argentinian later in the fight.

4-0 El Chacarero is lucky that Zbik only feels like throwing punches every 30 seconds or so. A walk in the park for the hometown fighter this.

Heiland looked happy after that last round. He threw quite a bit, didn't land much clean while Zbik was picking him off at will. Still, probably his least bad round.

 

Oh, he's trying. Thing is: his style is tailor made for Zbik, and he's just too slow and predictable to bother the home fighter.

I have it a shutout for Zbik, even though he probably hasn't thrown much more than 10 punches a round.

 

So it's halfway over now, with Zbik up 60-54?

 

Ok, I'm giving this one for Heiland. He was way more active again, Zbik's few punches didn't land clean this time.

Heiland marching forward, throwing desperate arm punches. Zbik not doing much, he's taken to clinching now, leaning on the Argie's neck whenever he can.
