top 20 boxer still has hope of being heavyweight champ....but yeah..that big money that Shane Carwin money (120,000) to challenge for the UFC championship really should pull in the boxer...so you think that a top 20 guy makes so little...Juan Carlos Gomez usually makes around 200,000 for his fights (and i dont mean the vitali fight)
Why would the klitschkos even consider goin into MMA when they are The Heavyweight champion of the world and getting paid millions of dollars? That's like downgrading from a Corporate CEO into a data entry position LOL
about this post though..they may have done some wrestling..but i doubt they did allot..they where both so good at boxing (with vitali doing kickboxing as well) that i suspect they didnt have much time to do other things...espically another sport with a fair risk of injury. I am sure their natural strength and athletism, would mean they could wrestle with anyone but a pretty good mma guy or pretty good college guy of some size....but they would definitly have to work on all that to fight a top mma guy....but I still maintain that just their boxing could beat your average basic level mma guy...i just annoys me when you get these mma guys on like, say, sherdog, who act like a 200 high school wrestling stud would kick the hell out of the klitschkos in a cage....all things being equal, just being a wrestler may well be better then just being a boxer..but the klitschkos are the best at what they do..so it would take a pretty damn good wrester/grappler to take them.
Do you realize how ludacris that is? Do you think it would take the equivilant of a "pretty good college guy" to outbox the best wrestlers in the world? Especially in wrestling itself, the Klits would be totally over matched in terms of skill. Is there any sport they couldn't just walk into and beat most of the people in that sport at a professional or equivalent in your mind?
