Not so sure about that. Moore proved he could take harder punches than Jones is able to throw. On the other hand Roy might land something Archie isn´t able to see coming. I´d give Moore the benefit of the doubt here though.

Marciano was past prime with an injured back and consequently could not throw his best power shots the way he used too, still stopped Moore. Jones might be more powerful than that version of Marciano, he's certainly more accurate. Moore got ko'd plenty of other times too

A cautious Jones should edge this...but I'm not so sure who would win a series.

Jones KO6......Oh PP, back in fine form.

RJJ had maybe 1 or 2 real brutal stoppages at light heavy...and against pretty average opposition aswell.
Absolutely no way Jones is going all out against Moore ala Griffin II..he ain't that dumb.

Griffin's is so average he twice beat Toney and Hill is 1 of the longest reigning champions in history. Woods was a future champ and never close to being stopped against Tarver, Johnson, Cloud etc. Sosa was a pretty spectacular stoppage. Jones stopped plenty of opponents in 1-2 rounds that went 12 with Toney, Benn, Eubank etc

    Ya'll musta forgot WAR

Anyway Moore was stopped numerous times
