Morales was a shell of himself in the second and third Pacquiao fights. He wasn't himself in the first fight, either (he was, surprise! coming off a loss to MAB, who Pacquiao had already beaten), but he had enough left in the tank to win.

I never said that JMM's win over Barrera earlier this year was a good one, I said that MAB's loss to JMM earlier this year, along with his age, makes him = leftovers for Pacquiao.

Pacquiao beat a much younger, better version of MAB already. His legacy gained NOTHING from beating an older, clearly deteriorated version, coming off a loss to JMM that essentially rendered him leftovers. He didn't even have a belt.

It is not pac's fault that the MAB fight was the most marketable and lucrative fight at 130. A fighter has to always look after his financial future because boxers have relatively short shelf life, similar to probably professional basketball player. Seldom do we get boxers still good in their mid-30's.

How many millions does Pacquiao need?

If he's in it for money he picked a terrible sport.
