No shame in losing to Canelo. The better man won pure and simple. Canelo's in his prime, GGG is getting older. For him to fight Canelo tooth and nail over 24 rounds at his advanced age is to be commended. GGG's a hell of a fighter, but his fans make him look silly.

Apart from the money, GGG has no interest in taking over Canelo. The vast majority of the boxing world is aware that it has been better than Canelo. To win against a superstar you have to finish it or win really well (at least 9-3). Canelo is too good for that.
I want to see him vs Charlo. Or Hurd next year when Hurd moves up . Apart from that I'm 50/50 disappointed use to be this big ggg fan until I notice he ducked ward . 154-168 Abel said . I'm not disapointed with GGG, but his fans are some of the biggest crybabies and whiners I've ever seen. For GGG's fans to act so entitled when the first Canelo decision didn't go his way was so immature. They should have been content with a draw that GGG was very lucky to get, but instead they acted like their man had been robbed when he didn't even lose his titles. So many GGG fans seemed to think that all GGG had to do was reach the final bell and he would win, it's as if what Canelo did didn't matter, GGG just had to stand there and he would automatically win rounds. It's such a spoiled rich kid mentality but then again judges decisions were still very new to GGG fans since before Jacobs they really never experienced a close decision, but that's no excuse. GGG fans should have had more respect for the sport to not act like a spoiled brat when the decision didn't go GGG's way. There was absolutely zero respect or class shown by a large number of GGG fans. And even how that group of GGG fans in the arena booed during the Max Kellerman interview. Again no class shown by the GGG fans. And not only that so many GGG fans I've encounted on here are so manipulative like they tried to say it was Canelo's own fans booing him in the arena and crazy stuff like that or that De La Hoya paid off the judges. Just crazy whiny snobby stuff from so many GGG fans. I'm just glad they've finally been put in their place having to taste that big fat L ! It sucks because I want to like GGG but his fans make is so hard !
