It was in 89 version of The Biomechanics of Exercise that I read a report of the Testing by an indipendant report on it. What it did to the reprduction organs made me give it a miss :roll:

Just read through the thread, you are just saying that creatine gives you that little bit extra stamina and energy. Does whey protien do the same? or is it for putting size on your frame? genuine question
Creatine indirectly promotes muscle growth through endurance/strength increases. Whey is a fast absorbing protein, protein is necessary to build muscle tissue and maintain muscle.
