his statement that you cant have to much protein is wrong

to much protein can give you gout

If pac 's cells are filling with vegetable or milk based powders... the extra animal protein can make for higher uric acid which can lead to gout

Like I said... he know pac and I give him credit.... if he is responsible for the nutrition then I would say he is doing a good job based on the results

Ariza is calling you out Chef. I think he wants to fight you in an exhibition. 4 rds at the crusier weight limit. We'll see who the real nutritionist is p4p.

Promoted By ESB. I dont know who the ref will be, I am an official judge. You better get to training!

Pretty good article on the subject:

    --
The protein 'myth' has been floating around for generations. The question remains, what is the optimal protein intake required for weightlifters, bodybuilders, strength trainers and other athletes?

james Toney is a fan of the protein 1.2-2.5 rda plus daily fat content. His average breakdown is
One Whopper has 670 calories, 40 g of fat, 11 g of saturated fat, 28 g of protein, 11 g of sugar and 970 mg of sodium. The recommended daily limit for total fat, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, is 65 g, which means one Whopper provides more than 60 percent of the recommended daily value.

Only if you think the stomach is the only organ involved in digestion. For actual breakdown to absorb-able items, the small and large intestine does that part of the process.

The stomach part does take about 6-12 hours on an average person with about 8 ounce of red meat.
