So you think Ariza was justified for kicking a disabled man in the chest huh?? Freddie was talking to Garcia Ariza stuck his big nose in & when Freddie told him in no uncertain terms what he thought of him Ariza was right to kick him in the chest?? How about if Freddie had fallen & seriously injured himself or even worse, would you still think Ariza was justified
The instigator of the whole affair was GARCIA!!!!! he stayed over his time when Freddie tackled him on it Garcia told him to get Fukked. Cameras cannot lie

You need to get it through your head that Roach is not disabled.
He would'nt be in the ring with the mitts if he were disabled.

Parkinson's is a disability brother and not a good thing to have.

Look, i'm with you that Roach shouldn't hide behind Parkinson's, if he;s willing to fight someone, he better be willing ti receive punishment

Now, take a close look at the video. Put yourself in Roach's shoes for a minute. You walk in to start your training and Garcia's camp are clowning around, chilling. You see ariza which probably gets you riled up right there. You approach and tell them they need to leave and then a whole slew of nasty words get exchanged. I can't quite tell who started what but no way Roach just approached them using racial slurs without some provocation. So you go in to talk to garcia and ariza sticks his nose in, asking freddie to get the f out of there. He then starts stuttering, speaking like a re**** making fun of Roach's disability. Ask yourself right there, would you not go in to knock all of ariza's teeth out? I would, i would f-ing hurt him...

Roach could have handled it with class.

Instead he chose to be a racist in an attempt to stir feathers.

He is completely mentally stable and 100% liable for his actions, same as you and I. Don't act like he has a mental disability... If you or I were in Freddies' shoes, I'd have no sympathy for us either. You don't go spout off racist things then get upset when someone in the entourage of the man you insulted kicks you in the chest. That is the least that I would expect in return if I did that and I'd be happy if all I got was a boot to the chest.

The same applies to Ariza when it comes to them being able to show class but instead letting their true colors out.

Nobody should be surprised by any of what happened.

    1. Garcia is late to leave the area.
    2. Roach gets upset and drops racial insult at Garcia.
    3. Ariza, co-worker of Garcia, promptly kicks Roach after Roach also verbally welcomed Ariza into the situation with an insult directed at him.

The only thing odd is that it was Ariza who kicked him rather than Garcia. However, Roach decided to blab about Ariza to give him the chance to get involved and heated.

I swear, I hope some of you guys ever hang out with some hard folks out there for once and realize that the response from Garcia's entourage was as tame as it gets. You'd start trouble then be like, "oh boys, knock it out, I know I said racist stuff to you but hey! I'm disabled! So we should all be friends now!"

Try talking some sh!t to people. Throw in a touch of racism. See what happens and how many folks take your side of the fight.

Parkinsons is s disease that slowly sets in, taking control of your movement and motor skills.
In its late stages it can effect behavior and lead to dementia.

People dont realize that Freddie Roach is still a young man, he's only 55 years old, he was 53 when he ran into Ariza's foot.

The man still has most of his mental faculties. Parkinsons has'nt made Freddie Roach an *******, Freddie Roach has.

How was I hypocritical. If Hopkins had used a racial slur Id be the first to condemn him but all he did was call Calzaghe a white boy. Since when is the word white a racial slur??
What Floyd said was a racial slur fully intended too. If you do not see the difference then its YOU that is the hypocrite

i agree that parkinson's is not an excuse for Freddie and he definitely let his mouth run.

Now, first thing's first. You and I don't exactly know what made Freddie lose his temper. I find it crazy that he would just walk in and start calling garcia a piece of ****. It was still out of line but something made Roach lose it..

Now, tell me you think Ariza wasn't the biggest scoundrel. Look again how he acts like a 10 year old and starts stuttering like a re t ard. Let me ask you, you blame Roach for stepping in at that point?

I don't think you are very empathetic right now.

If I walk up to a black person and say, "Hey black boy, you got a cigarette?" I am getting punched in the mouth.

If a black person walks up to a white person in the South and says, "Hey white boy, you got a cigarette?" He is getting punched in the mouth.

And why would people retaliate that way?

Because those are racial slurs, my friend.

    -------

Now me personally, I could get harassed and be called racial slurs all day every day and I still wouldn't care beyond the annoyance of the voices themselves... But not everyone is like me. Not everyone is like you. Can you not acknowledge that?

So while I don't think "white boy" or "black boy" or "yellow midget" is offensive by any remote means whatsoever to me, I can empathize and understand that those are racially charged slurs which can rile up emotions of hatred in other people.

They are one in the same. To say that one term is racist and the other is not is simply giving your personal reaction to each if someone had said them directly to you... but as far as a blanket definition they are either both racist comments or neither racist comments. Period.

EDIT: So, yeah, you're a big ol' flaming hypocrite.

Alex Ariza is a disgrace to the sport of boxing, giving Mayweather shakes full of PEDs to hand him the unfair advantage. :-(

So you've believed in the Ariza shakes all this time?

Hmm. I thought you were vocal that the PED-shake stuff was nonsense.

What could have possibly led to such a dramatic shift in thinking???

I think its because Ariza is with Floyd now? you must realize that Ariza's shakes bring all the boys to the yard-he can ped you, but he will have to charge. Floyds gettin it now, so its the *****s turn to deal with the same ol **** that the pac tar ds done went through......shoe meets other foot :deal:hat:smoke
