Its sad. After he lost to Vitali he cried and I thought showed heart. Last night he acted like he didnt give a damn. A 235lb Arreola wins the Adamek fight by a TKO/KO in the 5-7 rounds.

chris has all tools to be champ but is his own worst enemy if he is around 225-230 his combos much more fluid an he would not flail an reach when punchig not to mention how improved footwork would be. an it **** me off as afan to hear kellerman say admek outclassing him when inacuality chris has first class tools an whipes thomas out if he is in fighting shape an i am not discrediting thomas who is classy fighter himself but at hw a right chris leaves no question unfortunatley he wasnt

He needs a new coach, immediately. Repeatedly a bad performance of his corner.

After that he has to get in shape.

I agree. He needs to get in shape. He will gain speed and power if he does it right. The overweight **** might have worked fighting "B" level guys, but it wont work against the "A" guys

If only he hired you to work in his camp :thumbsup

Sad waste really, Arreola in the 230's could be a force & would have beat Adamaek. Instead he took 4 rounds off in a row at a time

    :good
    Thanks buddy
I agree. when CA is in the ring, the boy has heart... its outside the ring and any other day that is not "fight night" he has trouble with. Its a shame. He needs a new trainer in my opinion. Someone that will crack the whip and not allow him to get off course with his nurtition

Maybe now with this loss he will see the light

imagine what would happen if he actually got in shape, he'd probably be slaying left and right in the ring

    knew adamek couldn't KO him

So you think his fan should keep supporting him even though he is not giving the fans his full potential? He keeps promising his fans that he'll come in around 245. This has been for his last 3 fights or so. His fans have supported him and have given him enough chances to prove himself to be discilplided. Arreola has fail in showing his fans that he is dedicated.

If you think fans should continue to support a fighter who does not give his all in training to make them proud, then you my friend are a joke.

Yeah, NEWSFLASH, right?: Fat, beer-drinking, lard-eating Mexican HW "needs to get in shape."

He won't though. I think he'd rather be fighting on ESPN or Versus before he stops going to Alberto's when he gets hungry @ 9pm.

Agree. I was going to put up a thread last night about this. The guy is probably tapping into half of how good he could be. He knows how to fight, hes tough as hell, and the division is weak, but he just doesnt have the discipline to get into the proper condition.
