I still dont understand how the hell Drozd was able to lose against Arslan.
Props to Arslan who despite being under very heavy fire hold the forth and didnt go down, but took whatever was comming at him without even blinking! Arslan had to take quite a lot of good shots in his encounter with Drozd.
Hell! Drozd wanted to duke it out with Arslan taking him out within three rounds by brute force. What a stupid tactic it was! Drozd is head and shoulers above Arslan in terms of talent, skills, and firepower. He would have won a wide point decision against the mentally tough warrior Arslan if he had followed his trainer's game plan instead of losing his composure and going toe to toe with Arslan.
After 3 rounds Drozd was totally out of puff and couldnt cope with Arslan's relentless pressure anymore when he suffered his graveyard slot in round 4.
That fight was really being on a emotional rollercoaster. After 2 rounds I thought that Arslan would never make to the final round. He had taken too many good shots.Arslan proved me wrong once again. He is a truly amazing fighter, isnt he! He cant crack an egg with his soft punches, and he is extremely limited in the skill department. However,to cope with his relentless pressure is a bloody difficult task. He is like a pitbull constantly on the attack. His fight with Tokarev was one of the most exciting cruiser weight fights I have seen within the last couple of years.Arslan scored a draw against Tokarev who connected with countless powerful shots but wasnt able to floor his iron chinned opponent who kept comming at him despite Tokarev's dangerous and murderous punches.

Wilson will have to show the fight of his life against Arslan in order to take the title from Arslan's backyard back the the states.

Ding didnt seem to have any serious game plan in tonight's encounter with Arslan or he didnt stick to it. He was in love with his power relying too much on it for his own good. He should have broken Arslan's rytmus instead. No present cruiser can go toe to toe with Arslan for 12 long rounds playing Arslan's game with his cards.

Not surprised at all to be frank. Its a shame as Ding is much better than a journeyman. His got 2 great qualities a sound beard and good power in both fists. But he always head hunts and hardly ever uses his jab and then simply gets outboxed. I cant believe he went into this fight thinking he was just going to walk in there and KO Arslan. He needed to score points and if the KO come it comes. Oh well back to the drawing board for Ding again..

Wilson would have had a very good chance to upset Arslan in his backyard if he had had a serious game plan. Wilson should have tried to break Arslan's attack modus and rytmus instead of duking it out with Arslan and trying to connect with the one decisive punch.
