I don't see absolutely any reason to doubt arthur can put Kelly to sleep with one punch. If you want to argue Kelly has a granite chin, we can, I myself think he has and average to decent chin. Arthur DOES have the better chin between the two. Arthur does have more power between the two, so your post that mentions Kelly can not get knocked out with one of arthurs bombs sounds pretty stupid. you can make a poll, or maybe I will and we can see how many posters agree or disagree arthur DOES have the power to put kelly to sleep with one punch:good
