I don't really know how you don't give each fighter at least 5, 6, 7 rounds. Watch those first five rounds, those are all swing rounds and could have gone either way. Froch clearly won rounds 6 and 7 (I think, not exactly sure which rounds, but there were a couple of rounds in the middle they were clear Froch rounds) rounds 9, 10, and 11 were clear Dirrell rounds (Again not exactly sure of the rounds, but towards the end there were about 2 or 3 clear Dirrell rounds) and Froch took the 12th. Even Dirrell admited that. It was a close fight either way, there was no robbery people, but people think Dirrell beat up Froch just because he looked good towards the end and landed the "big" punch of the fight. Anyway, BOT, I think Abraham will be fine. It is an interesting fight, but probably Abraham gets Dirrell late.
If Arthur Abraham doesn't spark out Dirrell, I fully expect him to get jobbed in one of the most corrupt decisions in boxing history. Dirrell's "injury" shunted the fight from California to Detroit. The writing is on the wall. If AA does land then it's Goodnight Vienna for Dirrell. Dirrell has been down before to complete bums. He was even knocked down by the tubby journeyman Antony Hanshaw, a man who also lost to Glass Jawed Fraud, Roy Jones Jr. :rofl:rofl
It would be fitting if somone throws a bottle from the crowd at dirrell for the treatment he gave anyone watching the fight in Nottingham last year
I hope they make the weigh in open to the public!!! They have been giving away tickets on the Radio stations in Detroit so people are starting to hear about the fight locally!!!!
when they postponed the fight he went back to Berlin. Bad move IMO should of just stayed the extra two weeks.
He said when he got here to Detroit he got some fresh air and to a run along the River Walk Downtown. He said he had an 8 hour flight from Germany!!!!
seems ok. I would think 2 weeks were a good time to get used to time and all that, but he will be ok.
Abraham arrived in Detroit: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=udorDnVOOzc&feature=player_embedded[/ame] There were many armenian fans to welcome him and he said the jetlag will be no problem, after he slept one night.
if he trained during the hours in which he will be fighting it shouldnt be a problem and I dont really expect it to be a problem Dirrell though he did beat Froch he isnt going to beat AA.
