How does it go boys ?

  1. Shavers by savage KO. Beterbiev has no chance. This is a mismatch

I don't know who would laugh. I thought most people saw Joshua struggle massively with Savon. I though Joshua would win but it was no upset to me. If Beterbiev moved up he could beat Shavers but i just base my opinion on evidence. I don't definitively know how good Beterbiev would be at cruiserweight (as a pro). As Beterbiev himself said, he doesn't want to move up. Professional boxing is different from amateur boxing.

Beterbiev at 200lb does seem like a monster though

Oh many did and still would be had they not fought yet

They sneered and looked down their noses and were utterly convinced they were right and what I was saying was completely absurd

Thing is I'm not basing this off something I haven't seen with my own eyes

Like I wasn't with Usyk beating these giant sized SHWs

And, again, I'm not saying Beterbiev does or doesn't beat Shavers

But I've seen a 185-187lb Beterbiev hurt a 200lb + Usyk with big gloves and headgear on and give him hell x 2 and I've never seen anyone else do that. Even 50-90lb heavier giants. And when you have someone as tough and experienced as Usyk who has fought a ton of savage punchers and elite fighters at HW and SHW in the ams and CW and HW in the pros praising your power and saying you gave them their hardest fight it suggests to me that an even heavier, stronger, tougher and more powerful 200-210lb version of Beterbiev could potentially be a very serious force against HW of that size, whereas, others won't even entertain the possibility of that for some strange reason

Pound for pound, Beterbiev is the best and most powerful puncher in boxing.

People need to watch Round 5, 7 and 9 of the Browne fight to see what a beatdown he was putting on Browne. Savage and effecient.

Canelo is in a world of pain if they cross paths.

I think he's a horrible fighter to face

Michael ''The Bounty'' Hunter Jr. who campaigned for most of his amateur senior career at SHW against giants found him a real handful too

But, as you know, I think Beterbiev is on the downward slope now and even though he brutalized Browne in those rounds I really don't think Browne would've made it past 4 rounds max against a younger prime version of him and as a long time fan of his I'm very confident of that

    • Of course half-wits here want to deny the natural progression of spots and boxing. If a unskilled pillowfisted sub-cruiser like Quarry could pick apart Shavers in 1 then best believe a highly skilled hard hitting modern Light Heavyweight such as Beterbiev would do it in mere seconds.
    • Shavers has never faced the type of pressure that Beterbeiv could apply and a modern hard hitting light heavyweight athlete like Artur Beterbiev or Adonis Stevenson most definitely punches harder than several old fashioned unskilled heavyweight bus drivers from the prehistoric age
    • Earnie Shavers was 6 foot and 210 pounds. He's just about the average size of a cruiserweight and is tiny compared to a big cruiser like Gassiev (six four, 230 plus pounds) or Okolie (six five, probably also around 230 pounds in the ring), let alone giant modern day super heavyweights like Klitschko, Wilder, Whyte, Joshua, Makmudov. Shavers is featherfisted compared to heavyweights nowadays and there is no evidence to show that he even hits as hard as 250 pound Chisora
    • Beterbiev annihilates every pre-80s "heavyweight" not named Foreman or Holmes. I highly doubt a slow as molasses, plodding nit-wit like Liston even beats Beterbiev

Nobody weighing less than 96 kg could have beat Shavers, he hit harder than anyone under that weight and anyone with a 73 inch reach would not stand a chance v Earnie either.

Usyk boxed Beterbiev`s ears off in the amateurs.

Frazier would have destroyed any heavyweight today aside from Usyk who boxed Beterbiev`s ears off in the amateurs.

Ali was completely shot and out of shape v Shavers, dropping Holmes was far more impressive something Beterbiev couldn`t have dreamed of.

Nobody with a 73 inch reach would stand a chance v a hard punching heavy with a 79 inch reach.

Ray Leonard had a longer reach than Beterbiev, let that sink in.

His reach is only 73 inches, Moorer could move up cause he had the same length reach as Ali and Usyk, this is madness.

His jab would be far too short the first hook Earnie lands, it`s over.

Usyk P4P is on another planet to Beterbiev, his jab is better and longer, AJ would KO Beterbiev in 2 rounds, Moorer would have out-jabbed Beterbiev as would Ali have because they both have a 78 inch reach and would have been too fast and sharp for Beterbiev.
