Funny that you left Pac out. Truth is if Pac really wanted the fight he would say, I want the fight and I wont fight anyone eles. Arum would have two options, make the fight or walk away like he did with Floyd vs Oscar. Floyd isnt avoiding Pac in the slightest, you could say the drug test is avoiding, then you would have to say that, not wanting to fight in Nevada, not being willing to take the test, and the lawsuit is Pac saying that he wants nothing to do with the fight.
