I've been posting for weeks about "Cinco De Mayweather 2011". I'm glad Arum is talking about it now also. It's plain as ****ing day. Floyd likes to fight once a year at this point for maximum dollars. He likes the early weekend in May. It will also be nicely spaced after Pacquiao knocks out Rockgloves. It all makes perfect sense. As far as I'm concerned, the fight is as good as done. We just gotta wait a while.
Yes. The fight is going to happen. Don King is now getting involved as well and you KNOW he wants his name stamped on this fight. A genuine feather in his cap. Hell, even without him, we know Floyd likes fighting in May and all of the stars are lined up for that. Pacquiao is fighting a tune-up in November as well to keep busy and pocket some cash in the interim... it all says May 2011.
Oh now the Floyd fans are holding on to Arum's word. **** when are you guys going to learn. THis fight ain't happening. As long as Pac keeps dominating Floyd will avoid him like the plague. Don King will make no difference. He can't force Floyd to fight. Those two will run a circus show as it always is with King. Let me get it right: Floyd's going to fight a prime Pac in May 2011 on a year lay-off?? We all know that **** isn't happening. Negotiations won't go any better either, in fact they will be worse. Give it up. Floyd Pussyweather spoiled it for everybody, he doesn't want the fight, how much more obvious can it be?
If peer pressure wasn't going to do it then it won't now. Nothing will work, unless Floyd gets like a 60-40 or something crazy. Sadly, I think you're right. How many times do we have to hear "The fight will happen, there's too much money." ****ing two failed attempts, and Floyd fans come out of the woodwork talking about how he can make just as much more with less risk someone else with his terms.
