    NO the haven't. Why? Team floyd and floyd himself don't wanna fight pacquiao.

    If they really want to fight pac badly than team Pac. They would already call top rank and talk about the "POSSIBLE SUPER FIGHT"

    That's what you do, if you're in different promoter.
