Presumably it isn't Arum himself that sells the Top Rank shows internationally, but one of the TR employees. At a guess, I'd say he just presumed Sky picked it up because they've had the last couple of Pacquiao fights and wasn't aware they hadn't brought it. That's all a guess, obviously.
Ya maybe, but you dont do as well as Arun, or stay around as long, without knowing whats going on with your own business. Just after he made that mistake he was talking about boxing fans putting pressure on tv outlets to pick up future fights. I'd say he definitely wants his fights picked up more often over here, this was a good way to rile boxing fans up about it.
