As far as I know VADA is a private company that can be contracted like USADA were as WADA can only be used by athletic commissions who request their services Could be wrong on that one

You know damn well it was a reasonable request and your latest green lighting of random testing proves it. SMH. Unbelievable. Just incredible. Guess what? I used to think Floyd was a ***** for demanding a shitload of money. But now I say Team Pac needs to bend over for Floyd for not only failing to continue Pac's winning streak but acting like a bunch of rotten ****s.
Testing was never the issue. He wasn't going to make the fight. I would not be shocked if it comes out later in the years that Arum paid Mayweather off to complain about testing so that Arum didn't have to give up his cash cow. (Not that Arum needed cash.. FFS)
This fight is already going to happen? Manny must really think he could win the rematch. If he loses two fights by knockout to JMM that would pretty much mean JMM won the series of fights. Manny should fight someone else, although at this point guys are going to be going for his chin and that straight right down the middle which JMM hit him with.
Why on earth wouldn't he of wanted to make the fight ? he's a promoter and it was one of if not the biggest and richest fight in history.
