They eat other things that make them large, just like every other race of people. Look at Sumo Wrestlers, they eat bowls of this special stew made specifically for them, which is how they put on most of their weight (other food is involved too of course). And besides, some sumo wrestlers are tall as hell, so there are big people in Asian countries who could be effective in the heavyweight division if properly trained.
