At 147, how would Mayweather match-up with Robinson?

I haven't watched much of Robinson and from what I heard there isn't much film on him at 147, but apparently he was a beast. Floyd has won me tons of cash, so its hard to go against him, but I would play this one safe and not place a bet. That is how much I respect the legend of SRR.

Clean shots, like what Mosley landed, I don't think Mayweather would be able to take it. Not for the long haul. I think more of Robinson's connects would be Mayweather blocking and rolling. So, not exactly clean shots more a less glancing blows, but even then, that would be stinging Mayweather. A bit like how Rocky Marciano did to his opponents. Whacking the shoulders, forearms, ribs, anything and that would take a toll on his opponents. Robinson would be in that position and in a 15 round fight he probably stops Mayweather because of that.

Anything can happen on any given night, and Floyd has the tools to beat these fighters. Leonard in the rematch showed how you can frustrate and beat Duran, Floyd is capable of that. Remember Mayweather was a different fighter at 130 and 135, not the fighter he is at 147.

Although, credit to him, it shows you how good he is that people put him into these match-ups with ATG's like SRR, SRL and Hearns, guys who are much bigger than him, and were monsters at the weight. Also, Floyd isn't getting stopped here, his defence is too good and he has an iron chin.

Being that Sugar Ray Robinson's was said to be at his best at 147, he would more than likely beat the sh!t out of Mayweather. That shoulder roll wouldn't have bothered Robinson in the least bit. He was bigger than Mayweather, had better hand speed than Mayweather, one punch power capability in both hands, a granite chin, stamina, great offense, and with Mayweather talking **** leading up to the fight, Robinson would definitely give him a beating to remember.

It would have been the very first documented black on black crime.

What I 'ppreciate 'bout your analysis, DD, is that it's not knee-jerk; it's after careful consideration.

I think he matches with Robinson pretty poorly im just saying i think he matches with Hearns even worse.
Even though i think SRR would wreck Hearns, im just illustrating the clashing of styles.
