Why is everyone saying Robinson was a sociopath? The guy had a thousand friends that he gave money/time/friendship to and was devastated by killing a man in the ring. He was not a sociopath just because he beat his wife. I'm not excusing it but what I put above cancels him out as a sociopath right away.

Watch his documentary. Comes across as the complete sociopath. Well if not that then incredibly bi-polar.

John Garfield is on this board and he knew Robinson. He has said that Robinson never cared at all about killing Jimmy Doyle and he only pretended to care so that the public would see him in a good light. That sounds like a sociopath.

Right. I don't know about whether he was pretending or not but sociopaths often know how they should behave and present in order for self preservation. They do recognize that others don't feel the way they do. I worked with a few in a jail, community mental health agencies, and psych inpatient units while finishing my masters in counseling and getting my LPC.

One of the Boston Marathon bombers was a boxer. I'd say he qualifies.

I watched a documentary on sociopaths, and the highest level sociopath (level 9) is actually one of the main academics in the world on sociopathy. A perfectionist at the most extreme version of the world, his sociopathic traits has literally left him incompetent of living a normal life.

I think I saw the same one (the guy's middle-aged with glasses and has a wife). The guy struck me as being a little full of **** and the documentary never really questioned his qualifications as a sociopath.

Here's 5 bucks. Now, go tell everyone I'm not a sociopath.
