Manny sure. But Canelo and Oscar were different eras. Oscar before him and Canelo after him. It just worked in his favor in a lot of those match ups where people were past their primes or a few years from it when they fought him.

Pacquiao is an ATG. The question wasn't "in their prime". OP even says shot ATGs count too lol

In order to become a great, you have to beat a great. That is why there never was a great, because nobody could beat the first one to become the first one.

Good catch. I don’t necessarily consider Tito and Oscar ATGs, but I have no objection to anyone that does. I’d forgotten about Jones, and he’s undeniable.
Honestly, I’d just laid down for a nap and was starting to see double as I was posting my answers o_O

Larry Holmes beat Muhammad Ali who is an ATG you said even totally shot fighters count so Ali counts for Holmes.

Alot of people consider Ricardo Lopez an ATG he certainly never beat an ATG or even a great fighter in all honestly.

I don't think Julio Cesar Chavez has ever beaten an ATG either.

I meant count as having "never beaten" an ATG. Thus, why I listed him.
