I psoted this earlier in another comment, i agree..I honestly think Iggy will win this..no..I am not on crack...Wlad hates any pressure whatsoever....I know we are all looking for the next great heavy, and he is a good one....but he has serious flaws that have been exploited already and will be again...I saw Wlad, in my eyes...actually uncomfortable in the first few rounds against Brock...I am telling you..expect an upset here....

Wlad never hit the deck against McCline. So, what does that say about Peter?

Peter never hit the deck against Wlad...what does that say about Wlad? Brewster never hit the deck against Sergie....what does that say about Wlad?

That Wlad ****ed his chin up, so then an average fighter like McCline was able to put him down 3 times.

That Wlad hits harder than Lyakhovich.

That as a result of his many flaws he is getting tagged cleany on the chin more than he should..and his chin is not his strongest point..

Those lumbering heavys just walk & don't know how to avoid the Klitz deadly jab. SI knows how to move, that's the difference.

I know he made correct perdictions, I just like how people make a big deal out of all the bad perdictions he made over his career, but few seem to recal the times he was right, which seem to be far, few, and inbetween.:yep

No way Wlad can have an Iron chin overnight.

He has improved..but also the quality of his oppisition has gone down....so that improvement is a bit over rated Brewster was and is pretty much shot....Wlad did not tuin Peters chin....he had plenty of fights since the Wlad fight, and only went doen against McCline......

Wlads chin is still extremely weak, it just hasnt been hit solidly since Peter in September of 05, guys like Brock, Bryd, and Austin got average to below average Heavyweight power, Brewster was a mere shell of his former self, which was obvious early on. It either shows how shitty the division truly is or how great Wlad has turned out, I think it's a little bit of both. I think a poster said best when he said "Weak chins just dont go away overnight", which is exactly true, Wlad panics when hit hard or pressured.

2.5 pounds, your boy got beat by Wlad - what does that say about Sam :yep Unlike some who hate on Wlad and SP, I consider that a big win by Wlad over a dangerous foe. Peter's stock has fallen after his 2nd fight w/"pass the fries" Toney and Jameel "not big time" McCline :huh
If you're dissing Wlad, you need to take a closer look at SP. I thought he was going to stop JT and win easily vs McCline. He did neither. He should get by near 40 year old Maskaev. If he doesn't???????????????

Peters stock rose after the 2nd toney fight actaully...he showed marked improvement..i picked Wlad over Peter..and he did win...but looked shaky and got knocked down......i have no idea how someone can attribute the mcCline KD's to the Wlad fight.....Punisher is dead on with his post....like I said, Wlad has severe problems dealing with pressure...havent you noticed that? we will all know soon enough....I am not ready to get out the annointing oil on Wlad....

The bias of some you "so called" boxing fans is incredible. First off, I am not one the typical unknowledgable trendy Klitschko fans. I think that Wlad is a very good heavyweight with the potential to someday be great. His chin is very underrated and I will exlpain though the use of simple facts. A guy with a "glass chin" doesn't take shots from a power puncher like Sanders and get up 4 times. A guy with a glass chin get's iced by the first straight left that Sanders lands. Period... And the first fight with Brewster was just plain weird and I don't know what to call that other than mental problems. Point being that Klitschko's chin is definitely a little soft, but of all you that label him as glass jawed are just as bad as the Lennox haters. Now let's discuss the fight on hand. If Byrd couldn't hang with Klitschko then I sincerely doubt that Iggy can. To me it's that simple. Klitschko knocks out small heavyweights, and tomarrow night you'll all see him do the same thing to Sultan that he did to guys like Byrd and Botha.

Ibragimov is slower afoot, and is going to eat jabs all night. And when he does avoid the jab, he will get hit by straight rights. Klitscho is angry that he has had to wait this long to get a shot at unification, so Sultan's hunger is nullified there. When Sultan comes forward, he will get peppered with double jabs and the left jab/left hook combo. Even if Wlad hits the deck, he will stop Ibragimov whose upper body movement is being overrated here. He has a draw against Ray Austin who was beaten with one hand, literally, by Klitscho. And if he goes straight back to avoid the jab like you say, he will be blasted with the straight right. His only shot is an all out attack, which probably gets him stopped earlier.
