He doesn't have any other fight to go on because every fighter Trout has faced is C level at best, no one he's faced could even make an argument for being a b level fighter...he needs to step up big time to make me a believer...
Probably, but he'd probably take more punches in the process than Trout did over the course of 7 rounds.
His chin hasn't been tested though. I guess that's his fault, since he won't let people hit it. Where the hell are the people calling Adrien Broner a "G"? What does Broner have that Trout doesn't?
If you consider what ishida did to Kirkland over a course of under a round boxing circles around him, then you sir are a dumb son-of-a-*****...
That's not what I said. I said LaPorto would have actually landed punches on Kirkland, something he didn't manage to do for a full fight against Trout. Yes, Kirkland would have knocked out this guy within 3. But this guy was there to be hit, and everyone knows Kirkland has better power. The real question is whether Trout can take a punch, and nobody has the answer to that one yet. The other question is whether Kirkland can actually hit someone who doesn't just stand there in front of him. I can't think of a single guy he fought who was even a little slick. How does anyone know how he'll react once he faces someone who can actually stick and move, or make him miss?
I responded to you. I didn't feel the need to answer the post. So when you say that's not what I said, your responding with a quick comment, not a response. Kirkland fought Julio who is slick, and put tremendous pressure on him, and stopped him. Trout has skills but he is unproven, and Kirklands problem is his chin first and foremost, not if he can deal with slick boxers. Trout might be able to beat Kirkland, but id have to see it.
