Excellent work Mark. I remember watching you spar with Nathan Briggs many a year back. Great to see you heading Stateside to test your luck! Looking forward to reading a blog/update soon!
ipswich, nathan was always much fitter than me so i found the sparring really helped me improve cause i was such a novice and had to push myself fitness wise and i know i fought alot better when i got to spar him boxing banker- opponent up to dkp, but they know im not ready for the big boys yet
Signing up with Don King must have been a scary thought, based on his reputation. How have you found him to be in person?
mstr, king seemed like a good showman and businessman, i am under no illusion he cares about me or my welfare, we are using each other to get where we want, boxing is cruel business from top to bottom, sharks all the way
Fair enough. I never put too much stock in rumours anyway. If he was the total mongrel that everyone makes out people simply wouldn't sign with him. He surely does some dodgy stuff, but I guess thats the nature of the business like you said.
Leapai is taking on Nathan Briggs in late November for the vacant OPBF Heavyweight Title. Should be an awesome fight.:good
The fat people are, but not the eldest son who has to help bath and dress his horribly obese mother every morning.
