Horn will always be on PPV now... How many PPV cards from Bendigo??? Actually think it will be a reasonably competitive fight..
Yeah well if Brook couldn't KO Zerafa I doubt that Horn can. It will probably be a close scrappy fight with Horn getting the decision no matter what.
Michael Zerafa fightin style is way better than Horn . Zerafa can win this he has a good record 26 Win's 2 losses . It's not Mundine Horn is fightin .
* The undercard for Horn vs Zerafa will be announced soon. Likely to have some Stretton Gym fighters on. * Aust based Tanzanian Bruno Vifuaviwili who defeated Joel Brunker last fight is headed to Serbia to take on Seka Gurdjeljac Aug 30. * Sandgroper Light Flyweight Michael Kaplan is now WBA no 15 and will be fighting Amit Thapa next. * Joshua Jenkins has vacated the Aust SMW Title to take on Tej Singh Aust MW Champ. * Markets have open Sportsbet Tszyu $ 1. 72 into $ 1.65. I'd like to see an epic amateur down under h/w clash between Justis Huni & 2-time Commonwealth games gold medalist David Nyika. The Kiwis are always raving about him. I get that Huni is a SH (although a relatively small one it seems to me) and that Nyika fights as an amateur HW but really, these two could sharpen up for Tokyo by facing each other a few times between now and then. How do our blokes expect to beat the best in the world if they don't face the best in their own backyards? Good luck to both guys btw. I would love to see both of them bring home Olympic medals next year but what about getting it on with each other out here in the meantime? At the very least, you'd reckon they could do some sparring with each other. Jai Opetaia, Willis Meehan, Joe Goodall & Jason Whateley would all be good sparring options for Justis.
14 August fight night . Some good fight s Tim Tszyu v Dwight Richie , I think Tszyu will have to dig deep to win . Rocky Jerkic v Aidos Yerobossynuly will be a cracker , Jerkic has been in some hard fight's so will be giving yerbossnuly his hardest bout so far Jerkic to win . Steve Gago v Nursultan . Will be a good fight to watch Each hav a chance to win this ? Mateo Tapia V Renold Quinian Will be a good too . Mateo Tapia can win this . Da 4 fight's I'm most interested in On August .

A few more tid-bits of Australian boxing news I've noticed in recent days: Justis Huni sparring with Willis Meehan. He's also sparred with the likes of Joe Goodall & David Light. I noticed the Kiwi amateur H/W David Nyika has footage of a fight with another Australian on his Instagram page. How about a fight with Justis Huni, David? It's not like those two are competing with each other for an Olympic games spot. They should both be going but need to be facing opponents who are capable of hitting them back in the lead-up. B/c that's what the best in the world will be doing when the Games start. What about a fight over in NZ & a fight out here in the second half of the year? That would give both guys clear air going into 2020 but with some tough fights behind them. Some talk yesterday in the News Ltd papers about Anthony Mundine in training for a fight with Tim Tszyu in November. Sounds like it's under consideration but nothing locked in. Much will depend on how Tszyu goes against Dwight Ritchie next month. Horndog is also talking about facing Tszyu first up next year after fighting for a middleweight world title at the end of the year if he beats Michael Zerafa. If Daniel Lewis wins the Australian Junior Middleweight title in his third pro fight against Wade Ryan later this month, it makes a big statement.
* A finally injury free Justis Huni is set to face Aust SHW Champ Jackson Murray this month. * Liam Wilson if successful July 27 is set to fight for World Youth Title which is the path Liam Paro has used to reach WBO no 2. * No matter the outcome of Lewis vs Ryan the belt will be vacated irrespective so that Adrian Rodriguez and Billy Limov can fight the vacant Aust 154 lb Title again on Oct 5. Wade Ryan was though keen for Lewis fight and didn't have to be asked twice to fight Lewis and was like he was surprised that Lewis agreed to fight the crafty southpaw in his 3rd pro fight. * Dwight Ritchie has left no stone unturned in his prep for Tszyu fight and has travelled Aust to get the best sparring available. * Word is that the Horn vs Zerafa has big night of fights planned for undercard. * Albion Park Youth Bronze Medalist Sam Goodman is making his TV debut July 27. https://www.illawarramercury.com.au...--g04E_F34thCDJQAXKI7tlHH9OETU-nmM0pasBqqFZD1
