You are so transparent it is obvious you want Horn's PPV to do better than Tszyu Jnr's that is all I am saying. Anyway at least Tszyu Jnr is stepping up his level of competition. Can't say the same for Horn who since getting his ass handed to him by Crawford has gone back to his old tricks of fighting senior citizens and male strippers.

    * The Bendigo PPV card is starting to build up. Well done Stuart. My apologies.

One i have being keeping a eye is fighting is the MMA ko artist SMW Isacc Hardman
who has won all 4 fights via ko and clash of undefeated SMW.

    * Jayde Mitchell Nov card will have another up and coming fighter and Jayde hopes
to have one of his Fox 5 fights in his home town Mornington.
    * Top Rank greed is ruining it for Aust boxing audience as i have stated before they
charge Fox twice the other promotions for their fights. We will be missing
two marquee fights i really want to see this month Kovalev vs Yarde and Lomanchenko
vs Campbell. However their is small chance will see the Loma fight as Lucas Browne has
announcement on his next fight very soon and maybe its this undercard.
    * The next bout from the States i see Fox showing from the states at the moment
is not until the PBC Spence vs Porter Sep 28. Very disappointing.
    * Dennis Hogan fight announcment delayed however rumour its Erickson Lubin.
    * Tim Tszyu popularity has meant that Hordern Pavilion is no longer big enough to
hold his fights and Matt Rose was forced to move his Aug 14 PPV to the bigger
    Darling Harbour ICC.
    * Billy Hussein will be in Anthony Mundine corner as father Tony is a man of his
word and said Horn would be his last fight in Anthony corner.
    * Brisbane and Gold Coast are both competing to hold the Mundine vs Parr card.

I'm not so sure which is why I'm curious about what the respective numbers for each PPV will be. I think both main events are of similar quality in that they feature Australian fighters who are among the top half dozen Junior Middleweights in the country. Dennis Hogan & Daniel Lewis being the other two. I appreciate that Horn v Zerafa is being fought at the Middleweight limit but to my mind they are all really Junior Middles. Both undercards will feature some of our best up & comers so in terms of popularity of the fighters, I think the PPV numbers will be a good litmus test.

Horn will no doubt generate good numbers in Queensland, but I've got my doubts whether he will outdraw Tszyu in other states. When Horndog defended against Gary Corcoran I went down to my local only to find it wasn't on. Moved on to the next place & the next to no avail. Eventually went home & by chance managed to find somewhere that had it on. And that was a world title fight. 50,000 turning up for the Pacquaio fight speaks for itself but whether that popularity translates Australia-wide & is reflected in the up-coming PPV numbers will be interesting.

The respective PPV numbers might influence the purse split should Horndog & Junior Tszyu face each other in the next 12 months.

With two domestic PPVs over the next three weeks, Foxtel might want to give the local guys some clear air & not have them competing with overseas fights for PPV dollars.

Even if the overseas fights weren't PPV, people might elect to pass on buying the local PPVs & get their boxing fix through the overseas fights.

I didn't take the Pacquiao v Thurman fight but will take both the Junior Tszyu & Horndog PPVs.

I'm keen to find out who the best Junior Middleweight in the country really is.

For sure it will be interesting to see how good the numbers are for each,I don't remember the exact figures for Tszyu last couple of fights and I may be underestimating his popularity and overestimating Horns popularity in the other states, that Horn v Corcoran fight wasn't that popular in QLD either with the mid week time slot not helping.

De Mori back out in Croatia against another tomato can tomorrow. Wonder if he'll ever land a big fight ever again? I wouldn't put it past some of the ABC's ranking him in their top 15 if he knocks a few more out.
