Yeah, I did see that interview with George Rose and the card on Dec 13. Think I read it may also feature some NRL guys, kinda like they did a few years ago at the Star in Sydney. Be interesting to know who the new signing is And remember hearin a few months ago that they (No Limit) no longer have that exclusive agreement 50-fight deal with Fox/ME. Dont know if there is any truth to it, but maybe more interesting times ahead
Gilbs won’t have any issue fighting Jai I’d imagine but his management will treat Jai as if he was an incarnation of a Chupacabra. They will be saying prayers and lighting candles in the hope he goes away.
@MidniteProwler Much like Jerry after the big race Zurdo’s management team will be like “I choose not to let him fight” whenever Jai’s name is brought up.
Floyd Masson was absolutely robbed blind this morning. I failed to give Masternak more than 3 rounds from memory. I can see why CBS chose to chase his "dream of fighting in America" in Saudi Arabia rather than face Opetaia. That said, he's cost himself so much money, it's not funny.
I really couldn't say. I wish Tyson all the best. He is a likable character and I'd like to see him do well at boxing. He was a very dangerous striker with the small gloves but an experienced and cagey southpaw for your pro debut is a big ask. When it was first mooted I thought Kris for sure. I still will probably pick him here but he has been pretty inactive and injury prone, never seemed to get much momentum with his career. I think he handles straight up and down boxers pretty well but Pedro might be awkward and unorthodox enough to surprise him. Overall it's a pretty good card put on by JNI, who is well known and respected in the kickboxing game.
