i would take adonis. even though he is much shorter than dawson he has the same long reach and substantially more power

hopkins was shutout against chad even after the cut and i cant see how bernard would be able to close the distance if he wasnt successful against the weaker(mentally and physically) dawson

I'd just like to remind everyone here that Borenard was getting hit pretty easily by Murat...

Stevenson/Kovalev would beat him into parkinson's...

We should applaud Bernard Hopkins if he chooses not to fight these 2. He's pushing 50 and still has his brain intact, please keep it this way.

Right so you're saying Stevenson has no speed?

From what I saw of Hopkins in his last fight he barely beat Murat and was getting caught with shots he never used to. I would fancy Stevenson to beat Hopkins to be honest, with a chance of a stoppage.

As for Kovalev he might lose but it would be close as he has very good boxing skills and he would have a very realistic chance of a stoppage as well.

    Exactly this.

I thought that fight was close and it is the first time I have ever really seen Hopkins and felt he looks like he's on the slide.

At 46 I believe he could have schooled them, but at 49 even aliens are starting to age.

I like Hopkins too much to want to see him in there against Stevenson or Kovalev. Particularly Kovalev, who's got more of a cruel streak to him.

I been trying to avoid mentioning BHop, I am certain he is comfortable with that.

Unlike the 2 Brave Mosley, Hopkins is very intelligent and doesn't need anyone advice on this matter

Couldn't see him beating Kovalev at 49 years of age. Stevenson would beat him too.

Hopkins would represent the toughest fight Kovalev would have had by some distance. We haven't seen Kov in with a top operator yet. It's a good proving fight for Krusher and I would be surprised if he sparked Hopkins within a few rounds.

Stevenson is more proven than Kov and is becoming a lot more elusive with his defence. He's too quick, too slick and has the power to sicken Hopo.

Big Hopkins fan, but he was getting tagged by Murat. Stevenson and Kovalev are a level or two above Murat, and most likely defeat this version of Hopkins.

Kovalev would **** his soul. at the age Hopkins is, he'd do well to stay out of his way.

Stevenson would win wide and brake him down slower than Kovalev would, but he'd get the stoppage late.

Adonis isn't afraid of letting his hands go what so ever. i mean, do you really think he'd give a single damn about what Hopkins comes back with? hell no.

Hopkins as looked older with every fight in recent years. His drop in body weight in his last fight is another sign of his age catching up with him.

He's my favourite fighter but he's too far gone now. I think he'd have a half decent chance to outsmart Stevenson but Kovalev would beat him.

Kovalev is a very neat, compact fighter who is very sound technically and has scary, scary power. As a Hopkins fan I wouldn't want to see this fight I can imagine Hopkins getting beaten up late in this fight.

    :good

BHOP, the dirtiest & smartest player in the game, would struggle with either of the two fighters. I think BHOP is smart enough to avoid these career ending fights at this stage in the game.

Hell BHOP was talking about 154 for Floyd so he is looking for an easy payday fight to ride out on and not an ambulance.:rofl
