Agreed 100% on scorecards. That's how i had it. This fight wasn't a "robbery". I don't have a problem with a draw. It at least gives Hopkins some dignity to get another big fight and stay relevant. If he had gotten the loss, then it's a different story.

One question, is this a normal punch output for Pascal coz he throws about 10 punches per round? Even the first and second rounds which he won, BHOp outpunched him.

STFU idiot. Time to go to 15 rounds or at least some other odd number like 13. I'm sick of these bull**** draws.

Would it be fair to say Hopkins won the 'fight' clearly, but a draw was a fair result for the 'match'?

By that I mean, looking at the fight over the entire piece, for me there is no doubt Hopkins won clearly. However breaking it down, round by round, a draw can't be considered too unfair a result, although I think Pascal is a lucky lucky guy to be walking away from there with his belt.

I think this fight seems more of a robbery than it really is. If those KD's didn't happen, Hopkins would of won this 118-110 with few complaints. The context of the knock downs too, it wasn't like they resulted from great punches, or wobbled/hurt Hopkins. They didn't damage him at all, but... the way scoring works...

Hopkins is a ****ing legend and should get a rematch ASAP. No way that french speaking ****** could ever beat him straight up.

I've seen worse decisions than this one, and I'd say this one ranks somewhere in the middle. 115 - 112 Hopkins. I could understand it a bit closer, but I feel a draw is not a true reflection of the fight, unlike Mosley v Mora (Where nothing really happend, so a draw was the right outcome)

wow first Huck v Lebedev, now this one. What a weekend in boxing.

Rounds 1,2,3,8,11 and 12 to Pascal.

Rounds 4,5,6,7,9 and 10 to Hopkins.

6 rounds a piece with the knockdowns it becomes
    114-112 in favor of Pascal.

From how I saw it, it looked to me that Pascal was quicker, faster, and stronger in the early going.

.....after Pascal wins the first three rounds which included knockdowns of Hopkins in rounds 1 and 3, it looked like Pascal went into a conservative shell trying ot protect that lead.
The conservatism by Pascal got Hopkins right back in the fight and he built momentum all the way to round 11 when Pascal sensing his title might be slipping away started nailing Hopkins with the same counters he had in the first three rounds.

I could see where people might think Hopkins was robbed. The guy is a showman, he was smiling at the end of rounds and when he was getting countered as if to tell the judges, "Im still in control."

Personally I dont fall for showmanship, and as Antonio Tarver said in the Showtime telecast, "I cant score a round and give it to Hopkins just because of his age.
Age should'nt matter when you're scoring a round."

Turns out I had the same scorecard Antonio Tarver had, 114-112 Pascal.

i had it 114-112 for hopkins. it was tied after 10 rounds. i gave the last 2 rounds to hopkins but maybe the judges gave one of those rounds to pascal.

i definitely didn't see pascal winning this fight. he fought to a draw at most. and that is after getting two early KDs.

hopkins rallied very strongly starting from the middle rounds, controlled the fight in the last 6-7 rounds and deserves the win. but i don't have a prob with this ending as a draw 113-113 since pascal did have those 2 knockdowns early which saved him from losing his belts. but the old guy definitely outfought the young lion in this fight.
