Almost four years ago Paul Butler made his debut on a show in Liverpool that had Kell Brook as one of the main headliners. Brook had fought in a final eliminator and was the WBO mandatory challenger. Four years on Paul Butler has become World Champion in a record number of fights, but Kell Brook has yet to challenge for a World title.

Now Brook will finally get his chance this summer, but why has it taking so long for him to get back to the stage he was already at four years ago. Thoughts please??

Because he is in a much more stacked division and was unlcuky with injuries which ruled him out the Devon Alexander fight

No Terry that's a poor excuse :nono I mean Brook's not had a four year injury as he's had 11 fights in that period four of which been eliminators against Michael Jennings (WBO), Carson Jones (IBF), Hector Saldivia (IBF) and Vyacheslav Senchenko (IBF)

As for the division been "more stacked" now than back then that's also untrue as Pacquiao and Mayweather where in the Welterweight division back then as well.

Why ask for opinions, only to dismiss those you don't agree with? It's quite clear that in your mind, you think you know the answer.
