All he said when asked "do you think you can beat Usyk" is "yes, I think I can beat him"

He then followed up with saying "If you asked Usyk, he would say he thinks he can beat me. This is a business"

Let's take it easy

 

an oft forgotten thing.

there are systems, and when fighters claim they are being dodged, there are routes to become a mandatory. Take them.

 

Calling out a unified champ (who is only not undisputed because he dropped a belt) when you haven't beaten a single contender?

Get the **** in line.

And no, beating up on Ajagba who's also achieved **** all doesn't help get you up that line.


Fight a proper contender, then maybe you'll be in the conversation - until then, Usyk would be completely right to focus on fights that enhance his legacy, and with limited time left he should (and I think will) focus on proven contenders.

 

Ajagba Bakole is already a final eliminator

 

Beating bakole(or other contenders) would enhance his status.

 

What a joke that is...

A guy that's never beaten a contender and only a couple of very average gatekeepers Vs a guy who lost to the only gatekeeper he's fought.
