Hilarious to see AJ trying to be threatening like this in a suit. He isn’t about that life and hasn’t ever displayed that in the ring. No way does he fight Bakole
Joshua wants the Fury cash out then he’s off. No way he fights anyone else or he’d just rematch Dubois.
Pleased to see him officially come out of hiding. This could be a bigger draw in Africa than an elephant's foreskin being a huge event with War Chisora v Whyte 3 and Benn v Eubank Jnr on the undercard as part of Riyadh Season of course.
Bakole will face Ajagba then he will be mandatory for IBF. Sick of announcements for forthcoming announcements. One of my pet peeves in boxing. All we’ve heard about from Bakole and Nelson is IBF route so I hope that’s what we are getting with all the moaning they’ve been doing all I’ve heard is nobody can avoid us once we’ve got a belt so that’s what we’re doing
Bakole. The man who has fought one named fighter, a cruiserweight, and got completely flogged. If there was belts for sparring then Bakole would need a mansion for his accolades.
Since then he has been improving with every fight. I bet you thought Anderson would beat him didn't you. No way does Joshua want it with Bakole, Bakole would be the final nail in his career.
I pay no attention to any fighter under Bigmouth Billy's wing. Bakole has done nothing as a pro. Unlike you and most others on here I gave up on ALL yank prospects after 2010. Con jobs mate. Fantassy darby at marketing to EUROPE but it's always dung dressed as chocolate with them.
Think Joshua will have needed to go for a lay-down after that face-off; no repeat of the act he tried with Breazaele, and Bakole knew not to scare him too much. More chance of the Dubois fight being made or Joshua signing to fight Whyte in a street-fight then this being made, as Bakole is all about that life and would end Joshua in brutal fashion at this stage.
So Tank and Shakur Stevenson who turned pro in 2013 and 2017 respectively are con jobs are they? Christ. Enjoy your Sunday.
No chance of this happening surely. It serves neither belts nor money purposes, and even credibility wise it'd do far more for Bakole. If AJ beat Bakole it'd just be proof he isn't as good as some thought. He'd be as unlikely to fight Itauma or Wardley for similar reasons.
Bakole is a force in the division for sure however what we seen from him that night when he was sat on his stool in between rounds against Hunter despite being years ago is still a bit of a red flag for me… considering we’ve only seen him fight Anderson & Takam at the higher echelons of the division since yet they are still a tier or two below the top boys…. So we don’t know how he’ll truly respond when a top fighter puts it on him under the lights. Clearly behind closed doors in sparring he’s made a lot of noise and I do think he’s been avoided (high risk low reward) but even an AJ coming off a bad loss is a huge huge step up in class.
I posted this earlier on another thread. I'll continue sticking my neck out.. The best AJ beats the best Bakole. I dunno if we will ever see that AJ again but he has the tank to box for 12 rounds. Bakole isn't quick enough and is alarmingly easy to hit, dare I say it, hes a little overrated based on little evidence. I'd not be surprised if AJ stopped him late...y'all heard it here first.
