    Incidentally, Ben Edwards is through to the quarter finals now, two wins away from the final. Good luck Ben. Get it done, and then let's see you back in the boxing ring.

    The quarter finals aren't until December 26th. So I wouldn't expect to see Ben Edwards in a boxing ring in the near future.

    Spider do you think Ben Edwards has any chance against Overreem in a rematch ? In their fight his punches didnt seem as damaging as they are against other fighters.

    Overeem is like a horse, punching him is like punching a brick wall.

    Dont think the Japanese test for PED's so good chance Benny will be pumped again. No shame in that, he gave it a go last time and went out swinging like a man.

    Most other wouldnt even show up to fight the Reem.

    Yeh I think Ben would get flogged again, but good for him having a go.

    JDS will give the Reem a hiding in MMA someday though. :deal

    overeem a huge drawcard now. wouldn't have thought he'd be facing ben anytime soon.

    Benny his real hard and when he hits them they usually stay hit. But Overeem didn't even look human when they met. It was just like hitting a brick wall, and based on that meeting I couldn't see Ben hurting him or beating him.

    Ben Edwards will be competing in the K-1 Grand Prix Final 8 in New York City, in a few hours time. The winner of the event will need to win 3 bouts on the same night. Go Ben.

    If Ben were to win the K1 perhaps it will give him sufficient 'profile' to get the gig against Kimbo Slice on the Geale vs Mundine undercard?

    ....as if Kimbo would have the balls to tackle 'Bangin' Benny :-(
