Barrera and Limond have more right to feel bitter over their losses to khan than your hero does over his loss to Peterson.
Not seen it yet. Not surprised if Barrera came off as bitter. He’s always been like that. Kinda’ expected from great fighters like him with great egos. He gets a passed for it more than others because he’s loved so much. Which is why I have always admired Morales more. He’s a bad guy, but his image isn’t sugar coated as much. No one describes him as a classy person like they do Barrera. They label him straight up as a bad mo’fo – which is exactly what he is.
To the people saying Barerra is bitter etc: Over the course of what 20 years, in the public eye, when you are interviewed many, many times in or just after the heat of the moment, you are bound to say things that you don't really mean. Just think the amount of times you personally have said ridiculous things say over the past five years. I've known a few Mexicans, guys I've really gotten along with and the one thing they all had in common (besides being Mexican and shortarses) was their 'stubborn pride'. Whatever **** he has said in the past is exactly that - ****. Its all down to pride. Bottom line = he generally comes across extremely well and so many people say he is a nice guy, he quite clearly is!
Barrera's always been a bitter cry baby. Right on cue the Barrea & Morales fanboys start debating it .
