it's either they get him another all-star or he goes. tha's basically what he wants. he even went as far as say that LA should ship andrew bynum out for jason kidd. but now, i think they'll really go for kg. maybe for odom and bynum. you know how it is in LA, what kobe wants kobe gets

a mab fight makes sense for pac because it's a lot of money and relatively low risk. IMO, pac will have a harder time against jmm, guzman and even soto than against mab.

but if you ask me if pac's stock will rise after he beats mab again, then i'd say no. but the thought of being the one to retire mab is just too juicy to pass up.

actually its better if pac fought these dangerous fighters now that he's still peaking, he will be able to handle them easier NOW than LATER when he took his time taking fights that he get criticised for...besides if MAB PAC dont happen now, it will eventually happen when both have no one else to fight and it will still generate good money:bbb

i think it's now or never for pac and mab because he's getting old. people still care about barrera today but they won't if he starts losing to lesser competition. i'd say take mab out now. then take on guzman, while waiting for jmm-soto, winner meets winner then all will be happy

i kinda like barrera to stay a bit more, i think he can still take on some of the young ones and manage a win...fighting pac now will end it:hey i see your point though, better to see him fight with a chance than none:thumbsup
