Yea its crazy, every boxer says there's some legitimate reason they failed a drug test and yet......no one tries suing the orgs testing them for defamation of character.....hmmmm wonder why
Just wondering why Floyd was not busted during his time when he was caught masking his PED in fact he was protected.
Oh cool. You must have proof he was "making PED" and not, you know, hydrating? Please share with the class.
Alyica Baumgardner tested positive for PEDS before her last fight, so is it going to be ruled a NC? Is she going to be banned from boxing and have to vacate all her belts? I can't remember last time this happened and what the timeline was in terms of penalties.
Judging by your reply it looks to me that you skipped the whole course let alone one class on this subject matter haha.
Just because an IV can be used to mask PED use doesn't mean definitively (in the absence of any other evidence) that any boxer using one is automatically doing that. You're the one looking stupid if you think otherwise.
It's not only his IV use, you would have to research yourself if only your willing to put down your pomp pomp's which judging by your lack of knowledge on this very old matter, seem very unlikely.
No way. a) She sells, being attractive, a puncher, and now an unified champion. b) She is a woman. Unless powers that be have something against her, it's just a no-no to dig into the landslide of excuses and explanations that will soon emerge. c) When was the last time a boxer was truly punished by the establishment? Character assassination from her former opponents aside, I reckon she gets through this. Would be gladly prove nwrong.
How they can punish her & still have credibility beats me. Look at the fighters who have been caught red handed cheating & proven to have used Ped's & yet been allowed to get away with it. Several are even in the HOF Others who they had no evidence of cheating had their careers ruined & name tarnished on what really was pure hearsay.
The accuracy and reliability of testing is almost beyond reproach and most sports are fully supportive and accepting. But boxing has always been a shady sport, a law unto itself and probably always will be.
From what I read one of these peds is not even usually available in the US so how'd she get it and it's going to be hard to explain. So the consensus here seems to be that there will be no consequences and she can go BS the public and go right back to destroying other female fighters. That's why we have drug cheat rules in the 1st place to protect fighters. She always looked like she was using something though, muscles bulging out every where while being cut to shreds. People say this didn't help her stamina, but more testosterone sure means more power and explosiveness. Studies show that it improves everything. https://www.theguardian.com/science...oosts-womens-athletic-performance-study-shows
It might be the part where a professional athletes test results showed he had the testosterone levels of a 80 year old man.
