Agreed. FOTY is a lot trickier now in the era of 2 fight a year schedules; often it comes down to who had the best single win.

While in a purely between the ropes context you can argue that Frampton is a better win than Groves, the significance of the WBSS and Ring titles tips the balance for me. Smith also had a better (or at least more convincing) second win.

I wouldn't argue with Warrington though. There's not much in it.

It can be easily argued that he shoudnt be.

Pat on the back because he returned to boxing after letting himself go, trying to commit suicide and doing cocaine???

Wheres the pat on the back for all the other boxers going through similar struggles in life but still stuck in there and stayed dedicated???

Pat on the back for Fury for KOing a novice amateur???? Schwarz?

Dillian Whyte did more than Fury to deserve to be on the list.

For starters, he didnt take easy fights.

No he just took the easy route of taking performance enhancing drugs to gain advantage over his opponents.

Well Jurgen, until you form the Jurgen Anti-doping Anti-pudding Agency (JADAPA)

VADA have said Whyte is innocent.
