Morning, Sorry about the Dicks geezer...nobody told me that he was NOT a boxing nut. I made the mistake and I take the blame. Sorry. The Sweet D stuff was excellent and Khan was both honest and subdued. Mitchell on working on the trains was cracking. Anyway...this should now be on BBC iPlayer. The BBC can clearly see the 'listen again' numbers for this show, a show where two ABA finalists were interviewed. If the figures are shocking...lower say than a rugby league regional radio show, then they will believe they have done the right...however, if the figures are healthy there is a chance that the men/women in charge of BBC sport for TV could think again about next year's ABA finals. I don't have the iPlayer link. Can somebody please post it? Adios and thanks.
It is hardly your fault Buncey. Dicks is a West Ham legend, he is apparently going to be walking Mitchell to the ring, the fight is at Upton Park - you would have thought he might have been a bit more supportive to Mitchell and boxing by showing a bit more enthusiasm. Joe Cole should walk Mitchell to the ring and would do a far better job hyping the fight, he is ex-West Ham and loves his boxing.:deal
That was interesting Amir throwing Victor Ortiz's and Ricky Hattons name in the mix when talking about possible opponents. Golden Boy suggestions? Khan sounded fine to me though.
