    Haha

Yeah, to be fair it was a bit of an off the cuff list. Groves, Bellew, Munroe, Quigg, Macklin, DeGale, Mitchell etc....

I forgot Groves definitely, it ain't easy though is it? Hard not to be swayed by opinion. P4P is bollocks anyway, just opinions.

I thought you were taking the ****.

Cleverley at number 2 and no Macklin.

    1) Froch
    2) Haye
    3) Khan
    4) Burns
    5) Cleverly
    6) Brook
    7) Munroe
    8) McDonnell
    9) Rees
    10) Groves

There's no way Burns should be above Khan either.

Kotelnik, Malignaggi, Maidana, Judah, McCloskey and Salita against
Katsidis, Moses, Martinez, Cook, Evensen and Laryea.

    Not close in my eyes.

Burns hasn't lost his last 2 fights mate, he should be above Khan.

You lose fights, you drop rankings, that's how it works.

The argument here being Khan has been KO'd and lost a close decision in his last 2 , i know theres a big question mark over Peterson but it still says L on his record

I have to agree with the logic here but i still have Khan " marginally " above Burns , based on skill set

No that's not how it works. If you consistently fight top opposition, (and yes I know how pedestrian Garcia is in the grand scheme of things), you shouldn't be penalised.

Froch did not find himself below Burns after his one sided loss to Ward, and having previously lost a close but clear decision to Kessler, as his previous victories are far, far superior to anything Burns has achieved to date.

Essentially what your doing is rewarding Frank for his shrewd, cynical matchmaking and encouraging fighters to stay at home fighting guys with pretty records.

A lot of people like to shoot down Khan's win over Judah, stating Jab was well past his best which was clearly true. But he at least had managed to scrape past Matthyse (controversially) and stopped Mabuza.

And yet these are the same people who hold up Katsidis as a high quality win, despite the fact that he had been convincingly battered in his previous two fights, and had never really beaten any world class fighters.

Shite list to be honest, Brook, Burns and Cleverly above Khan? Hell I'd have Macklin above Cleverly and just what the **** is Tony Bellew doing on this list?

Much better list but I would have Price sooner than Fury.

Fair enough, I think Burns should be higher, we'll agree to disagree.

I agree to a point tom, but I think for sheer determination, style and especially resume, Froch has to top the list.

You make a good point though

Haye is number 1 for me. He's a two weight world champion and unified a division, which is something froch has failed to do at super middleweight.
