After they started calling Cattle Grids by the name Animal Grids because it was meant for more than just cattle, I have not been surprised by anything.
Some of my favourite beards. Elmar Weisser always comes up with some amazing beards - that genuinely is a moose on one side: This content is protected This content is protected This content is protected This content is protected One not to be tried: This content is protected

With Sikhism, I think you're not allowed to shave your beard at all. Islam, however, has differing opinions amongst scholars. But it's a minor issue. Some believe keeping a beard is just recommended as oppose to being mandatory. Others believe there's no option, and that a man must keep a clean, well preserved beard. That's why you get some who keep one, and some who don't.
The rule is rightly there, if boxing is that important to you, then surely religious beliefs are a secondary thought? As for the cold sore thing, again the sport is dangerous enough, without fighters, particularly young amateurs, taking further risks. You may think that is political correctness gone mad, but one of the main problems of this sport, is there is simply not enough political correctness.
i think ****stani girls are the same,i once had a bit of a fling with a ****stani girl, and the ****ers beard was huge, like the ****ing amazon down there, oh,hang on,wrong beardatsch yes,i remember having to shave mine off before i boxed, the frigging wind could of blown it off:twisted:
I agree...:yep Amateur Boxing is a sport, Pro Boxing is a brutal business...:deal You can see the news headlines if they let people with beards box and somebody got a cornea abrasion and was to lose their sight in either eye...:yep My position is clear, no beards in Amateur Boxing...:yep
Ive seen Sikhs in turbans instead of hard hats on building sites. Maybe they should let them wear turbans instead of headguards.
