Since when has it become cool not to rate Lomachenko among the greats? Double olympic gold medalist and three weight world champion. Still active. The record speaks for itself. The man is one of the best ever.

Considering RJJ's status at the time Bellee was entering the sport is this really so surprising?

From my perspective he is technically the best pure boxer I have ever seen.

It is unfortunate that Lomachenko will not have the longevity of those who went before him that are considered ATG, but Loma does things in the boxing ring that have never been done before.

As Teddy Atlas said Lomachenko tests you, he tests not whats on the outside, on the surface but whats on the inside. Fighters either rise to that test like Campbell did , or they quit like Walters and Rigondeaux.

A prime Roy Jones was a phenomenon but for me he is boxing's answer to Lance Armstrong and as drug testing improved his performances miraculously declined, to the point where people tuned in to watch him get knocked out.

Unfortunately most boxers aren’t truly appreciated until they are long retired.

They also declined after going from fighting at 200lbs to 175lb and with age.

If you think he couldn’t have beat tests with his crappy the boxing regime is then you’re wrong.

No doubt he was a drug cheat but so was everyone he was fighting.

I don't think many people will be sitting down in 20 years time and dig out Loma vs Linares to relive the greatness.

He's a flash in the pan for me, skilled yeah but no legend.

Agree. He’s a genius and will go down as an all time great. Enjoy him while he’s doing what he does

What about the footage of Jones as a kid looking phenomenal with speed and power? Was he on PEDs then? You haven't got a clue what you are watching.
