fo0k dude. grow a nutsack. you shouldn't be afraid to speak your mind to anyone! in real life or on the net. accept the consequences take your beating or not, but be a man ffs
i wish i had a really caustic evil insult for mr bellew to get him riled up enough, so he would put me out my misery, but really i think bellew's alright, i was just responding to the silly replies you get on here. :!: but thanks for the advice meight :happy
Hang on, why wouldn't you say that to a professional boxers face? Do you seriously think Bellew is going to batter someone for giving their opinion? He's European level at best, stepped up twice and lost decisively twice. Nobody minds arrogance as long as it's justified, it's when you're really quite average and think you're some world beater, that people get their backs up about it. Just no need for all the shít-talking anymore when he was well and truly humbled the last time he gave it the big 'un. I'd rather he just kept his trap shut and got a win over somebody of note before acting like billy big bóllocks, but that's just me.
goodboy: The way he was screaming like a mental patient and spittin on the camera after his win. 'ROARRRRRR I CARRY POWER!!' His ugly face and pigeon chest screaming like put me off my pizza. He looks sickly, no different to LHW. The only weight hes put on is that homeless man beard hes got going and a bit of a gut. Not going anywhere at CW lol ye thats not just an opinion though thats a verbal personal attack lol. probably worth slapping some for. especially if you actually go up the guys face and do it and not hidden behind a crowd in a weigh in or something.
The second paragraph I grant you, but nothing wrong with saying he was screaming like a mentalist after scraping a win against a Russian journeyman, and that he won't be going to the top in the CW division.
being at european in any walk of life is a big massive achievement and i dont call being european level average
It's average in the grand scheme of things. Of course being European level is an achievement for a European level fighter, but when you think you belong with the very best in the division, it's average at best.
Not for boxers who think they belong with the very best in their division. Not many boxers dream about becoming European champion. Better than domestic level, not good enough for World level - average in the grand scheme of things.
usually a european champion who defends is title enough, he becomes a world title contender soon after. if bellew becomes the best in europe than hes done great, considering all the best cruiserweights are european.
Well no, that's not how it works seeing as the very best in the division don't give two hoots about the European strap, and rightly so, as they're above that level - which is my whole point. Yes, being at European level is a fantastic achievement for European level fighters, absolutely. But when you're comparing yourself to the very best in the division - the world level - it's average at best. Reading comprehension guys, you cannot debate without it.
Euro level probably ain't nearly high enough to earn the boxer enough dough to be financially secure after his boxing career is over. In that sense yes, it is a failure.
plenty of good european cruisers coming up the ranks who will be fighting for the world titles in the future, if bellew beats a few of them he will be doing very well. its only because everyone wants a world title shot without fighting anyone they get overated. european champions are still the dogs, and good european champions are often the rightful passage to the world title. id say average would be a british title holder. after that your looking at very decent fighter.
You've gone off on a tangent here, and have either completely lost or ignored my point. Yes, those who have all the tangibles to reach and stay at World level, ultimately do so more often than not, no matter which route they take. However, what I am saying and what I originally said is that Bellew is European level AT BEST - and therefore for a boxer who talks himself up and acts like he belongs at World level - it's really quite average in the grand pyramid of the hierarchy of boxing.
